AppliDis Fusion 4 can be easily integrated into existing architectures as it works with all server environments and is compatible with all existing hypervisors. AppliDis Fusion 4 is application transparent, meaning it can manage and virtualise all Windows applications and desktops (including Microsoft Windows 7) regardless of connectivity, graphics card and operating system requirements.

With AppliDis Fusion 4, the user experience in the virtualised environment is a major priority. Rich media components such as video streaming, flash animation and high quality bi-directional audio are all automatically catered for. External peripherals are recognised as soon as they are plugged in using the standard manufactures supported drivers. Furthermore using the additional functionality of AppliDis MyAppsTM, you can quickly create your own application catalogue and offer network users a Web 2.0 browser based collaborative tool.

The Intelligent Load Balancing included in AppliDis Fusion 4 is based on an application usage detection technology. It learns how applications are consumed over time, and balances resource requirements accordingly.

AppliDis Fusion 4 brings you management and support for hardware such as scanners and cameras connected into applications and virtual desktops (twain standard). External peripherals are instantly recognised within the application or desktop as soon as they are plugged in.

AppliDis Fusion 4 is based on the RDP protocol (including version 7), within Windows Remote Desktop Services (formerly Windows TS) and is fully compatible with current hypervisors technologies. AppliDis Fusion 4 includes all the required components to fully master user environments.
Pre-requisites
Pre-requisites of an AppliDis administration server include one of the following server versions:
* Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 4) in a standard or advanced version
* Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (Standard, Enterprise, R2) with or without the Service Pack
* Microsoft Windows 2008 Server (Standard, Enterprise) 32 bits or 64 bits
* Microsoft Windows 2008 Server R2
