Improve your understanding of the life cycle of Systancia products
Systancia provides support for the current version of its software in accordance with the support terms and conditions. From the date of general release of a major product version, we provide support for the immediately preceding major release and its point releases for an additional XX months.
For example, support for a major release of a given product generally ends two years after the release of the latest version. Systancia may, at any time and entirely at our own discretion, withdraw any software application.
Systancia's technical support will assist its partners and clients in assessing technical problems to establish whether or not they are related to third-party hardware or software. In the interests of isolating a technical problem, we reserve the right to require the deactivation or removal of third-party hardware or software.
It is possible that one or more third-party software products have been tested by a publisher to make them compatible with one or more versions of the AppliDis product(s) without having informed Systancia. Even where a product from a third-party software publisher has passed tests which have not been approved by Systancia, under no circumstances shall Systancia be held responsible for failures or stated incompatibilities regarding third-party applications.
Should Systancia's technical support identify that the proven or likely technical cause appears to be related to third-party hardware or software, the client will then be asked to contact technical support for that third-party software publisher.
