Systancia designates Isabelle Foillot as Customer Success Manager

Isabelle FoillotSystancia, the specialist in application virtualization and cybersecurity, announces the arrival of Isabelle Foillot as Customer Success Manager to implement its new “clients by design” policy. Her mission: To ensure the permanent matching between the products and services developed by Systancia and the expectations of its customers and partners.

Goal: To support the company’s strategy, which is focused on conquering the SaaS market. Systancia offers five IT solutions covering the entire trust chain, from identity and authorization management to application virtualization and cybersecurity solutions. Furthermore, the software vendor wants to provide its customers with  long-term support in order to facilitate adoption of its various product ranges and increase international sales.

Graduate from a French engineering school in computer sciences (ESSAIM, now Ensisa), Isabelle Foillot is familiar with the requirements related to digital transformation of companies. She worked in the field of Digital Work Environment (DWE) at Hachette Livres, ITS Learning and ITOP, each time with a roadmap focused  on “clients by design.” Her mission, within the previous companies, was precisely to promote customer satisfaction while ensuring the proper execution and success of projects. “Isabelle has a great energy, joy and passion for what she does and, most importantly, she knows how to share it with her team, our customers and partners. Systancia’s values will be promoted with great enthusiasm by Isabelle, with her desire to be at their service constantly,” explains Christophe Corne, Chairman of the Executive Board and Founder of Systancia.

Isabelle Foillot will coordinate and activate Systancia’s various departments to best meet the customers’ demands and expectations. This involves:

  • Ensuring that the customer receives the full benefit from Systancia’s products;
  • Facilitating the adoption ofproducts and new features that are released;
  • Establishing a long-term relationship and “partnership.”

Systancia provides two main Cloud Services: a Public Cloud Service offer (a service shared between all customers in multitenant mode) and a Private Cloud Service offer.
